This is the Place Georges Pompidou in Lavellois Perret in Paris, I understand this plaza was opened (Or the Evergreen Hotel on the right was opened) in 1996, this must have been a huge building project at the time as the whole area looks like it was build at the same time, I really like the symmetry.
