Clix : Aperture Wide Shut

Katie's Haven

It's a cold, wet, dark and extremely windy night here in Edinburgh.

Feeling a bit better "cold" wise than yesterday so decided to brave a night shot.

That's before I realised that the wind would quite easily blow me, my tripod, and my reasonably heavy camera and fat lens right over.

Blurry shot. Hold tripod down. Blurry shot. Really hold tripod down. Ah, better. Adjust settings.

Click. Long shutter pause while holding tripod steady against the gale.

Doh! They'd switched the neon off.

Oh well, this is the least blurry shot while trying to battle the wind.

Hope everyone had a good day.

And, by the way. This is Katie's Diner. A small steak restaurant hidden back away from the street between Tollcross and Brunstfield. If steak is your thing and you're in Edinburgh this little Husband and Wife run diner is well worth a visit.
