Fire Risk

I've decided that 21 candles on a cake can very quickly become a fire safety risk. Especially when the "cake" is made up of lots of cake pieces very precariously balanced on top of each other and the candles then stuck wherever they can JUST stay upright.

David turned 21 today and as you can tell from Melanie's blip we celebrated this fact at Student Group where we also talked about being in the world but not of it.

What compromises our faith, do we try to fit into the world too much? Do we do things we shouldn't and not do things we should? Living life spreading the Word can be challenging, but does it have to be? Saying something about your belief in God, no matter how short or "insignificant" a comment it may seem to be can often lead to planting seeds in people helping them later come to know Christ! Try bringing him up in a conversation this week, you'll be surprised how easy it can be!
