Anne's Daily Encounters

Destiny

The new development has started and daily traffic is now D-toured over grounds that up till a year ago were used as the basics for glass greenhouses.

NOw the whole of the Sion area is reconstructed; families who'd lived there for generations and who'd developped their small farms and gardens into greeneries are being bought out and most of them left their homes and family histories behind - all is ready for demolition.
The land now barren and mostly cleansed of the past so it's about being re-used for something quite different.
I do find it quite criminal that farmers still are bought out from their lands and forced to quite their works as the land they own and soil upon are wanted so much by the rich who want to live in loftier homes than the inner city offers - this buying generations of farmers out from their land and sending them into the agglomerating towns and cities surprises me to the full - who will grow the greens and keep the cattle for our foods?!
