Day of study

Went into work today, but as a student rather than member of staff. Was an interesting perspective. It took a while to find a reading room with a socket, but once there I was struck how silent it was. Better than I expected. Also it gave me the lack of distractions I hoped for. Deep down inside I knew that I needed to come into the library to do work and it did go well, shame about the commute to get to it which makes it impractical. However still nowhere near finished so the big debate tonight will be do I ask for an extension. Not an easy decision.
