Gypsy Buskers

Begging isn't banned under current Finnish legislation. Before the EU begging was here quite non-existing.
The gypsy street beggars arriving from abroad are mind-boggling citizens in Helsinki. They sleep outdoors and carry all their personal properties. Today it's high wind, wet and +6 Celsius.
Some of then have found that buskers are OK. especially if they smile and sing joyfully.
