Goodbye old friend

This is burtonwood services on the M62.

I used to love going through there as a nipper because i thought the building looked like the top of an onion (for some reason that made me smile?). It was built in the 1970's and its now been closed for only a few months- its amazing how quickly the plants take over.

In a few weeks its being pulled down to make way for a business park.
I like that about Blip, some of my shots have already become a record of things that have disappeared forever.
