Brum German market

I was in Birmingham this weekend catching up with friends and family before xmas. It was also my wife's niece 5th birthday party. 25 5 year olds squealing in a soft play area with most of them being girls.
Now I know what hell might be like if I'm not a good boy.

In the evening we ventured into the city centre for a few drinks and to see friends for a meal. Had not figured into the plan that the German market had just opened there as well. Nice enough but bigger is not always better. This is a quick snap of the Christmas lights down New Street where the German market is. Unfortunately but having it in the middle of the main shopping street it take a lot longer to get anywhere due to the crowds.

Must go and have a look at our smaller and more civilised version at the weekend.
