Dead mistletoe

So, when we emerged a little bleary eyed after last night we noticed that the old apple tree had collapsed in the night. Perhaps next door tried to climb it on their way home?

Anyway, we tidied up the debris and this clump of dead mistletoe caught my eye. Looks a bit eerie and menacing, I think.
