Poor sole

I had to Blip this...........

Not far from the Ellesmere Port Council building, these boots have been up there for sometime now. This sort of thing always makes me chuckle, though I DO sympathise with the poor sole who once owned them. I find myself asking "why would somebody do such a thing?"

OR maybe the boots have split and became unrepairable, resulting in the owner chucking them away?
