How can they get it so wrong? (Back Blip)

Call of Duty MW3 was released today. It came with a new feature called Elite that promised a lot and was available at a premium. Given that this is one of the biggest releases probably of all time you would think they would have spent a little more time carrying out testing. But hey, who am I !
