Christmas Puddings

Here are the puddings we made on Sunday. They steamed gently for ages, and have now been put in the cupboard to mature.

I suspect that they will not be eaten this year since we have a couple of puddings we made in 2008 waiting for eating!!! I think they'll have matured by now!
