What is White with Black Patches?

This here cute little pup from the animal shelter is!
Such a gorgeous pup, he has been abit sick though, i think he cant handle the food too well... maby we will try something else...
Hes such a gentle little sweet darling and just wants to go home, he is trying to lick me as you can see =] very cute
