Real Life Jenga

Our woodpile at the back of the house is a bit like a real life version of Jenga. A whole lot of trees were cut down around the house during the vacancy and safely deposited in a polytunnel to be seasoned for firing.

We've been working our way in from the end, using the logs that will fit into the stove. There are some great whacks of trees remaining, so to get at the wee ones, you've to lift them out from under, dodging any big ones which are dislodged!

By the spring time I'll be the world champion at Jenga!
