Like an old Friend

As I don't do regular recruiting interviews so far, coaching young students in the "company consulting projects" is my little hobby that my company allows me to do twice a year: Master's students that will go to companies for a 6-week project present their kick-off presentation to me and I try to teach them some tricks of the trade :)
