Explanation posted day after - sorry

View from my flat - haven't done anything to this except crop and up the contrast a bit. The sun was shining brilliantly through the glass from behind. The building with the gold panel faces north and it only catches reflections in it from other buildings. Didn't have time to write an explanation yesterday.
