Bob and Sandy

Bob, a WW II veteran, and Sandy are out for a walk on a damp and misty morning. They ride/walk around the neighborhood at least twice a day. Bob bundles up because of his arthritis. He is safety oriented as shown by the high-intensity light on his scooter.
