Blowing in the wind

I had a physio appointment today and across the road from my physio I spotted this.

She told me that apparently yesterday morning at 7 two people were spotted tying about 200 pink helium balloons in grass on this abandoned lot.

No one knows why they did it or who they were but they certainly made everyone's day a bit more colourful and interesting.
