A Corner

A dank cold flat grey overcast day here in Seattle. Flat light has got to be the most uninspiring there is in the world of photography - not there is not a lot that can be done but somehow my candle is not lit!

So as the light of the short day was dwindling and in need of fresh air I went out walking the neighborhood and noticed this corner arrangement at the entry of a building that houses a catering place - as near as I can figure catering and weddings are what they do. The corner reminded me of sweet spots in gardens in summer light. Dream on as it is not even the solstice yet!
