Caged

Went to see this play called 'Caged' tonight. It was about prostitution and sex trafficking. It showed the story of a girl who was brought up in a brothel and worked there for most of her life, and about her struggle to get out and what she went through working there. Was so powerful, made me cry in a few parts. It really made you aware about the situation, especially because all the issues in the play was happening just a few streets away in Auckland.

Afterwards we went for some bubble tea. Left early though, partly because I am so sleepy and also because I am still sore from yesterday. Was a good weekend though. =D
