Doffcocker Inn (rare Calendar pub)

Another Holt's pub but one that you could be forgiven for not recognising as such for the simple reason that is a rare example of an Edwardian folly.

Rebuilt in 1901 as a "Calendar Pub" it has four floors, one for each season, seven rooms to a floor, for days of the week. Twelve cellars, for the months of the year, not to mention 52 doors and 365 windows
