Retouch

Don't often blip my work, but this one is pretty funny.
A few weeks ago I was asked to retouch all the main characters for the sky christmas movie posters. They only had really crappy web res images for Aslan the lion, a wild thing and Jack Black so I had to rebuild each image more or less from scratch. Aslan and the wild thing were easy enough, but Jack Black looked more or less impossible until I noticed young Zebedee's features were just about the right shapes to do a double. I lit the shot to match the image I had and then blended in the features on the face and replaced the hands. (Jack Black does appear to have childs hands) A few tufts of Gullis hair and it looked close enough. Sky have no idea how I did it. ;)
