A REAL Welsh cake

How cool is this?

Diane offered to make a cake for my birthday. Little did I know I was in for a work of culinary art...and it tasted great too.
Not helpful for the diet though. A definite minute in the mouth, month on the hips dessert...I should know I'm still trying to work off the calories!!
