Garbage Bag Wreath

I grabbed some plain white trash bags, cut them into strips, rounded out the bottom portion of a wire hanger and tied my strips to it and hung some left-over plastic Christmas ornaments on it and, Voila!! You have a great project for the children. It will keep them busy for a while.

I just turned the hook of the hanger so I can hang them on the drapery rod.
