Kosovo and Serbian passport

Problems in northern Kosovo and barricades make life very difficult to ordinary people.
NATO has urged both Serbia and Kosovo to show restraint, to cooperate fully with all international actors in order to immediately ensure freedom of movement and continue the dialogue which mediates the EU.
