When the NFL brought American football to Europe for the second time back in 1995, I (along with some friends) became season ticket holders to the franchise based in Scotland. Following our team and the league over the following twelve years we made friends all over Europe and had some amazing parties, some of which I can even remember. When the league closed down the team in Barcelona a few of the fans weren?t willing to give up on those parties and the friends they?d made so they decided to host a party one week after the final had been played. This party was spread out over two or three days and was called "Week 12" because the regular season and the final made up the initial 11 weeks.

Unfortunately the NFL decided to close down the league last year, but our friends were not to be perturbed and are carrying on the "Week 12" tradition just without those messy 11 weeks before it. So I descended upon Sitges along with around seventy other fans from the other teams who travelled over from Scotland, England, Germany and Holland. The blips over the next few days are all taken over "week 12".
