surprise....[run-up to Christmas 8]

hunting for some holly in the garden...I found this...a cobnut on out contorted hazel....I was really surprised....didn't know that variety of hazel produced nuts....

tomorrow my iMac comes back from repair...and I am intending to buy Photoshop Elements 10...can anybody tell me is it worth upgrading from P E 9?????
