Beautiful start to the day.
Mum ventured out for the first time since we arrived on Sunday. We headed for Kirkwall to do a bit of Christmas shopping (they have some brilliant shops). When the snow storm hit Mum wasn't even interested in stopping for lunch. So back to the car it was.
This was taken when we were almost home. It did lighten up a little, briefly. We have a little ritual going - G & T's at 5pm. It seemed like a long wait tonight!
