A gift for me?

One of the bonuses of being a Scotsman visiting relatives in England is the widespread belief that all Scots love whisky.

Now it just so happens that I'm a bit partial to the old "water of Life" so I don't mind encouraging that impression at every opportunity. I was delighted therefore when Mrs Al's brother presented me with a bottle when he arrived at the house on Sunday morning.

The only drawback being that we flew down with hand luggage only so couldn't fly back with the bottle.

It's sitting in the drinks cabinet though, with strict instructions that I will be collecting it soon.
