Busy day of meetings in London today. Why are cities so exhausting? Managed to squeeze in some Christmas shopping as well - ah, so that's why I'm so tired!

Fortnum and Mason in Piccadilly was packed with shoppers - recession, what recession? It makes you realise that Central London is a bit of a bubble in the current economic gloom.

Fortnum and Mason always has wonderful window displays. The theme this year is showgirls. I particularly liked these two. What do you think they are talking about?
