Met Liggy in Cheltenham for a catch up and spotted this on the way back from town.

I guess it was the result of someones drunken Saturday night out. How did they get it up there? It's marvellous what the human brain believes to be possible, funny, interesting, clever etc after it's been soaked in alcohol.

Trendy headgear though.
