Cabin Fever...

I awoke this morning to find out I shouldn't go outside or I'd get blown away by 90mph winds; a nice thought to wake up to.

So, today has been spent in the confinement of my flat and it has actually proven quite productive. I've studied, cleaned, all the fun stuff. When all that got a bit much, I thought I'd use some spare ingredients I had hanging around and bake, and THIS is the result - Spiced pear and mincemeat crumble cake. It's warm, festive and will no doubt get destroyed by the work lot tomorrow.
