Slip slidding all over the place...

...as I walked across the fields today, but it was a lovely feeling to be able to walk without twinges, ouchs & ohs for a change, ok so it wasn't my usual brisk walk but it felt good to go miles & miles & my back behave itself.

Had expected most of the ground to be hard underfoot but had some some fun mucky moments. The season has really changed in the last week or so, with trees bare & leaves turning to mulch & frost still settled on the fields at 1pm in the day!

If I can do this again tomorrow I shall declare myself better! Fingers crossed.
