SPOTTED IN A STREET IN OSLO # 32 FORGOTTEN

Back in Oslo from the refugees camp in Lebanon. They are the forgotten people.

Lebanon is one of the few countries in the world that has never signed the refugee convention. Therefore UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) has taken some responsibilities, but their budget is contributions from countries, and their are getting less and less money.

The refugees are living under terrible and inhuman conditions, and back in the streets in Oslo, this graffiti seemed suitable. The artist is again the french and great C215.

Thanks for your comments that last days. I've had no time to be on the internet while away, but I will try to get back to you. It means a lot to me that you drop by.
