Lifesaver early morning training..again

Another great Sunday morning. The weather really good and warming up.

The local Surf lifesaving instructors are into their briefing session before the team hits the water.

Surf boards/skis are the order of the day for a lot of the lifesavers. They are lined up ready to be used as singles or doubles.

I only wish I was young and nimble enough, I cant think of anything much better than going for a paddle on a morning like today. Still my walk and a cup of tea and toast afterwards with a very good friend is still a great way to start the day.
