Unusual boardgames

Nipped up to the local shops for food and secret santa gifts. There was a car boot sale going on in the precinct. Didn't dare get much closer to this stall but couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what was on offer - 'War on terror - the boardgame'!!! Really??

Husband had added levelling compound to the gap in the floor. Fingers crossed that it all dries level and smooth ready for the carpet.

It always seems such a shame to cover the parquet flooring in our lounge and dining room but it has been badly abused over the years. After removing all the old carpet and underlay today, we get to enjoy it for a few days before it gets buried under new carpet on Friday.
