The Geneva tradition

i discovered something new at work:

On the 12th dec every year (we're abit
late!) the genevois celebrate their victory against the Savoyards in 1602 by getting the oldest person and the youngest person to say: may the enemies of the republic perish! and then they smash the chocolate pot with thier fist and enjoy the chocolate and sweets inside!
