elf in baggage claim

went to lapland for the weekend to visit santa...so.. we arrive and get met by this little elf on the baggage carousel ... very subtle way of making two elfs appear was for one of the tour reps kicking the side of the carousel and lo and behold they pop out and do a sort of elf greeting to bemused parents and delighted kids... lol..
