run-up to 25th....17

we went to Chirk Castle to see the Victorian Christmas decs....a huge tree in every room....

in Santa's room was a wishing tree....it was full of labels with Christmas present wishes....one read: I'd like a quieter wife.....another : Santa, for Christmas I'd like a Christmas hug.....


went with my 50mm lens just to get to know it...in the end choose this bokeh shot...as I'm learning...besides, lots were no good.....:):)
