Express Offices

I noticed this slightly pensive-looking fellow yesterday, without camera, and caught up with him today as I was in town again doing a bit of Christmas shopping ( a 'bit' being all the Christmas shopping I ever do...!) Not that he was going anywhere, of course - and he looks as if his mood might have worsened somewhat over the years, as his once proud Victorian-gothic building has gone to the dogs and he remains unloved, if philosophical, beset by spikes and besmirched by pigeons...
