Well done champs!

There are pictures of the league champions with their lovely gold trophies but frankly I am most delighted with my cake so here it is. A very tough game to end the season but the boys had already secured the title so the season ended on a big high and a fun mix of pizza, cake and smoothie for the kids and crisps, dips and fizz for the grown ups. Quite excellent way to start the weekend.

Actually the whole day has been. Well, once we got over having to leave for school early to pop to the shops to replace the 'savoury snacks' for A's class Christmas party that a certain (not entirely sober) member of the household had scoffed in the wee wee hours. Ooh, the opportunities for sarky comments about stealing from the mouths of babes was literally endless...such fun.
