Benched

I'm not sure if this is a sculpture, or something you are supposed to sit on. Anyway, it's in the financial district, outside the Bank of America in the street. And within, oh, 5 seconds of me photographing it, a security guard came out and told me to stop, private property and the whole spiel.

So instead of letting the shot languish on my hard drive, as it probably would otherwise have done, I think I'll publish it on the internet. Take that, B of A!
