Cold Colours

Went up to the library, holding on to railings and parked cars as I tried not to slip all the way back down the hill. Brrrr.

Back to the relative safety of Byres Road I nipped into the supermarket for some ketchup. The woman in front of me was asked if she had a loyalty card and she shook her head. 'Do you want one?' 'Naw,' she said, trying to find a snug fit for her dozen eggs. 'They're rubbish.'
