Frosty Rose

An absolutely beautiful but frosty day here today.

Took a wander in the garden early this morning to see if the frost had cast anything interesting in the garden. Unfortunately I spotted this little rose across the fence in my neighbours garden. Unfortunately, because it meant I had to stretch and balance from our side of the fence to get a view that I liked. Could have gone into their garden but it is so close to our fence that the light would have been wrong from their side.

It is such a fantastic colour and although it looked beautiful this morning with it's coating of frost I doubt it will be there for much longer.
