Chilli and garlic

Slice thinly 6 or 7 garlic cloves, and one fresh chilli (one about 2 or 3" long) and fry gently in a good glug of olive oil until the garlic goes brown and sticky.

Pour the entire mixture over freshly steamed broccoli. The nutty, chewy of the garlic and the kick from the chilli makes even broccoli edible
