The nature of presence

1. Be alert to the tendency to "lose space" around people you find challenging.

2. Try to refrain from criticism - of yourself and others - to avoid feeding negative energy patterns that pull us into unconsciousness.

3. Remember that every moment offers you the choice between conditioned reactions or conscious presence. Then choose and take responsibility for that choice.

4. Practice sensing the inner body as a bridge between the world of forms and the dimension of stillness.
