Kurhaus Xmas Tree

Like last year it's made up of over 2000 Poinsettias and it's just over 8 metres tall.  Just like last year I can't take a good picture of it.  It's still pretty though.

It stopped raining today and so we entertained the idea of visiting Mainz seeing their Weihnachtmarkt.  Then the thought of travelling in a bus to Mainz hit a very jangly nerve with me and we decided to stay here in Wiesbaden.  I saw the Riesenrad (Big Wheel) in whole new light today.  It looked huge.

My soundtrack for today has been this.  I would like to see this but I will have to wait until the DVD comes out.  One's friends could get the totally wrong impression  - Aarakshan, The Dirty Picture and Jism are all films I'd be quite happy to watch and are not at all what you might think.
