Candied nuts

My candied pecans have almost become a tradition to give out for the holidays at work. My first year I hoarded pecans like a squirrel when they were on sale and started baking them two days in advance. This year I decided to try almonds in addition to the pecans. The almonds were good but not as delicious as the pecans. I better start stocking up for next year!
