Concentration

I decided on a portrait today. With the run up to Christmas the shop is busy. There are customers buying their Christmas gifts and the rush to satisfy all the online orders in time is well and truly on. There also seems to be a rule that people bring in their repairs exactly at the time you have least time to do them. Nigel and Sally seem very intent on their work, however.
