Christmas Rose

Busy day today, working in the morning, trip to the bank and then and helping Mrs. P. with the Christmas food shopping this afternoon.

I've been saving this blip for a day when I don't have much time. We didn't notice the Christmas Rose (Helleborus Niger) flowers at first because they have all come out hidden under the leaves. I don't know if it's supposed to do that. It's had a hard life, because it's growing in the wrong soil, and it was smothered by other plants until recently.
